Consultation taking full history with assessment through visual video analysis.
Diagnosis with specific advice. Will show you how to self massage/treat if appropriate & how best to use kinesiology taping.
Exercise programme with correction of technique.

You may complain of neck pain or even an ankle sprain, but I will look at your whole body balance and movement. Consequently this will highlight any in balances in posture and movement that may directly or indirectly related to the problem or pain that you are presenting with.
Advice will include how to best allow the pain to settle, such as heat / ice therapy, activities, footwear, sleep etc
If you would like an exercise programme to follow in real time I will put together a 10 minute exercise programme specific to your requirements and send a link via email for you to download. The video will be copyrighted to me, Michele Trott, Spheres Physiotherapy.
The video could include traditional physiotherapy exercises, the use of theraband, a gym ball, or foam roller. It may include pilates or yoga based exercises or even Chi Kung, a Chinese moving meditation. It will be totally tailored to what suits you.
If thought useful I can also send you a guided meditation aimed specifically for you, by voice recording via Whatsapp.
For the purpose of the consultation we can Skype, Facetime, or Whatsapp….whichever is the easiest. However I will need to see a good view of you. Also it is probably best not to wear anything baggy so I can clearly assess your posture and movement.
