Michèle had a successful physiotherapy business in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells, but has made the big decision to move and restart her business in hythe, Kent, so that she can be closer to the sea. She uses a unique method of total body assessment, treatment and rehabilitation, ensuring that she treats the underlying cause not just the symptoms.
Michèle qualified with a BSc degree in physiotherapy at St Mary’s Hospital London in 1993. She has worked as a physiotherapist initially in the Royal Army Medical Corps, in private hospitals, numerous different private practices and sports teams building a strong base of experience. Professional development has included many physiotherapy based courses, myofascial, maitland, positional release, to name a few, but also craniosacral therapy, abdominal massage and Qigong. She has also qualified in canine myotherapy to treat dogs with Galen Myotherapy, a force free approach and in Mindfulness and Meditation with Zenways.
Michèle is a member of the health Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and IRVAP for the canines.
Through her experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist for over 30 years Michèle’s treatment techniques & holistic approach have evolved and continue to evolve.
Michèle is a big animal lover, particularly dogs, a black belt in Aikido, meditator, reader, nature lover, advocate of being in the moment and constantly aspiring ‘diy’er and vegetable grower.
