If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately. 

If exercising outdoors, Michèle takes every step to make sure the surrounding area is free from debris, but it is not always possible to be 100% sure due to the venue itself. Please be accountable for checking the area around you as Michèle cannot be held responsible.

  • Anyone taking part in a Chi Kung with Michele exercise routine live or video does so at their own risk. 

  • Michèle does not accept any responsibility for any individual nor group of individuals, who may be participating in a Chi Kung routine.

  • If you’ve been told on health or medical grounds that you should not take part in physical activity, then you won’t be able to join in with this exercise. 

To perform this activity in a safe way, you must make sure that the area you use is suitable. The area must be: 

  •  a flat surface, clear of any obstacles, spacious enough for the type of activity

The exercises or in video are designed for someone with no health conditions or injuries but adaptions are given throughout the class if someone finds a specific exercise difficult.
